Caravans
Q. Can I leave my car at the site when I go away in my motorhome?
A. Yes, You are allocated a space and you can leave in it whatever mode of transport you wish.
Q. Do you allow the washing of caravans?
A. No, we do not have that facility, But if you wish to bring a bucket and some water to wipe over your caravan we do not mind
Q. Can I do some maintenance on my caravan.
A. Yes, That is no problem if you wish to do it yourself or there are several local companies that offer on site servicing
Q. Can I access the caravan storage area on evenings and weekends?
A. Yes. You are able to purchase an access fob to enable you to open the security gates when they are closed, for example evenings and weekends. We sell these at £10 + vat
Containers
Q. Can I rent a container for a shorter period than a month?
A. Yes, You can rent it for as little time as you wish. We have had rentals in the past of a few days!
Q. How much space do I need to store the contents of a 3 bedroomed house?
A. We recommend that you would need at least a 20 ft long container.
Q. What size containers do you have and what are the dimensions?
A. We have 10 ft, 20 ft & 40 ft long containers. All of the containers are 8 ft wide and 8 ft high.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept credit/debit cards, cheques, cash, direct debit or payment can be made by BACS to our bank account.
Please note we charge 2.5% for credit card payments.
